2024 Model Toyota Corolla Stolen and Recovered in Ghana - Now back in Netherlands
A new model Toyota stolen in the Netherlands and Tracked to Ghana - The Vehicle is now Fully Repatriated Back To Port of Rotterdam, The Netherlands. This significant recovery was made possible through the tireless efforts of Interpol The Hague, Interpol Ghana, VbV, Retrieve International and its dedicated partners. The vehicle was tracked using Digitpol's SMVIU platform.
The vehicle was seized by the Ghana Police Service following a high court order, underscoring the growing cooperation between international law enforcement agencies. Digitpol extends its sincere appreciation to the Ghana Police Service for their professionalism, dedication, and effectiveness in tackling transnational vehicle crime.
Under the leadership of the Director-General of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), the Ghana Police continue to intensify their operations targeting stolen vehicles. Multiple foreign-registered vehicles have already been recovered as part of this broader initiative.
