 Return and Refund Policy

If, for whatever reason, you're not completely satisfied with products or goods, you have 30 days to return items for a full refund or exchange. The goods must be returned in new order and unused.  Goods will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition.

To return goods to us, simply inform us the invoice number in the message box, we will contact you and when you have retuned it to us, as soon as we received it we will issue the full refund.

Goods are products that we sell such as physical products, hardware or software, this is different from services that related to hours or databases entries, services cannot be returned and are covered under our non-returnable services because the time is spent based on a pre-agreement.
